- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I have my business account at TCF. Over the past month i have has bank employees be rude and insulting to me while handling problems. The tellers I must say are always friendly and polite. I am referring to the other bank employees. The service level I have received is far below satisfactory. I have also been told contradicting information by bank management. In short, I do not recommend using TCF. i am in the process of moving my accounts to another bank. It is a huge pain so i suggest doing your homework before opening an accountBy Mike Honcho, March 03, 2017
